what does a breathwork session include?
Sessions include breathwork practices to calm, energise and regulate the nervous system, music to support relaxation and connection, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to help shift mindset and thought patterns, guided visualisation and meditation, somatic movement to reconnect with the body and release stored stress and tension, along with nervous system regulation and trauma-informed practices.
I offer a range of experiences to support people wherever they are on their journey, including one-to-one sessions for personalised support, group classes that create connection and community, and retreats and events that provide opportunities to step away from everyday life, reset and reconnect more deeply with themselves.
You don’t need experience, flexibility or even to know how to meditate, simply a willingness to show up, breathe and be present.
people often ask…

Life gets busy, and it's easy to forget to look after yourself. These sessions are your chance to switch off and spend an hour focused completely on you. Through guided movement, chanting, breathwork, and music, you'll calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive space — leaving lighter, calmer, and clearer than when you arrived
-
Absolutely. No experience is needed. Every session is fully guided, and you'll be supported from beginning to end. You're always encouraged to listen to your body and work at a pace that feels right for you. Breathwork is not about getting it "right" or being the best — it's about creating space to connect with yourself.

Everyone's experience is unique. Some people feel deeply relaxed and peaceful, while others experience emotional release, tingling sensations, warmth, heightened awareness, or a profound sense of clarity. You may simply feel calmer and more grounded afterwards, or you may notice shifts unfolding over the days that follow.

For most people, breathwork is a safe and supportive practice. However, certain breathing techniques may not be suitable for everyone.
If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, a history of aneurysms, severe respiratory conditions, or significant mental health concerns, please let me know before booking so we can discuss whether breathwork is appropriate for you or whether modifications are needed.

Even a few minutes of conscious breathing each day can have a positive impact on your nervous system.
For deeper healing and lasting change, many people find that attending regular guided sessions alongside a simple daily breathing practice creates the greatest transformation. Breathwork is like any skill, the more consistently you practise, the more benefits you'll experience over time.
